IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 PARAGRAPH 1 AND 2 OF REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE (EU) COUNCIL 2016/679 OF 27 APRIL 2016 (FURTHER REFFERED TO AS: "GDPR") WE INFORM THAT:

  1. In accordance with article 4, point 7 of GDPR, the Administrator of personal data is MITKO Sp. z o. o. with a registered office in Wodzisław Śląski, 44-304, Os. 1 Maja 16G, tel: 32 444 66 16, email: kontakt@mitko.pl.

  2. In connection with the purposes for which the data is being processed, its recipients can include:

    1. Persons authorized by the Administrator – employees and contractors;

    2. Parties entrusted with the processing of personal data by the Administrator (processing parties) under provisions of concluded contracts;

    3. Parties with whom the Administrator will be obliged to share that data under provisions of the law;

    4. Data recipients such as couriers and banks

  3. The processed personal data shall not be transferred to a third country or to an international organization.

  4. The personal data shall be processed by the Administrator during a period necessary to fulfill the purposes:

    1. Related to the performance of a concluded contract, until its completion and after that period, for the duration required by the provisions of the law, in particular the provisions regarding the storage of accounting documents or securing any possible claims.

    2. Related to the marketing of products and services offered by the Administrator, until the consent for such processing is withdrawn.

  5. The rights of persons whose data is being processed by us:

    1. The right to access the data, pursuant to art. 15 of GDPR

    2. The right to rectify the data, pursuant to art. 16 of GDPR

    3. The right to erase the data, pursuant to art. 17 of GDPR

    4. The right to restrict the processing, pursuant to art. 18 of GDPR

    5. The right to transfer the data, pursuant to art. 20 of GDPR

    6. The right to object to processing of the data, pursuant to art. 21 of GDPR

  6. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time, with no effect on the legality of processing conducted prior to the withdrawal, if the processing takes place on the basis of a prior consent given pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 point a) of GDPR.

  7. You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory body, provided that the processing of personal data has been recognized as taking place in violation of GDPR regulations.

  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, regardless of the purpose, although in some cases (such as when concluding a contract for the purchase of a product or in case of complaints, returns and other services offered by MITKO Sp. z o. o.) providing the data is necessary for their fulfillment and therefore not providing it will result in the inability to fulfill some of its obligations by MITKO Sp. z o. o.

  9. As part of direct marketing – in order to offer you our products and services, including tailoring the offer to your individual needs, we can use profiling. Activities related to direct marketing do not result in any legal consequences to you. You have the right to file an objection to marketing.
